At NYU you gain a small chance of transferring into STERN school, which will greatly boost your network. With good people at STERN, you will likely participate in undergraduate investment projects, and likely will put you through top tier investment banks. With HKU, local companies and mainland firms will be top choice. I guess it is up to you to decide as the financial cultures are vastly different.
追问 @朱晛:What about economics program in NYU’s CAS? Is it good in terms of networking and wage in graduate year?
回复 @188****8000:It’s a good program but definitely not as competitive as STERN or Columbia students. That’s why all my friends transferred to STERN. Networking wise you don’t want anything mediocre stand in your way, because NYC isn’t for mediocre players. Econ students do get a chance but their bet is to upgrade through grad school before actually attempting anything.
